Job Summary:
Fiesta Lincoln is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team in Mesa Arizona. This individual will be responsible for providing high quality and efficient lubrication services for various vehicles within our dealership. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines
- Inspect and replace filters, belts, hoses, and other vehicle components as needed
- Keep accurate records of all services performed and report any potential issues to management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Communicate with service advisors and customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of vehicle lubrication processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
- Must have own tools 
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- ASE certification is preferred but not required

Must have a valid AZ Drivers license and good driving record.

Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen (not including THC)
