```Duties```
- Market and sell insurance products to potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize various sales techniques, such as telemarketing and outside sales, to generate leads and close sales
- Analyze client's current insurance policies and make recommendations for additional coverage or policy changes
- Negotiate insurance premiums and terms with underwriters on behalf of clients

```Qualifications```
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in retail sales or outside sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze client's insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
