Responsibilities:

• Cleancommonareasperdailyschedule, sanitizing high touch areas.
• Keepchemicalssecured, labeled appropriately and SDS binder accessible on cart.
• Make resident beds with freshlinensper weeklyschedule.
• Cleanassignedapartmentsperweeklycleaningschedule, following our cleaning guidelines.
• Cleanofficeareasperweeklycleaningschedule.
• Relatetoresidentsinacourteous,empathetic,andcooperativemanner.
• Keepenvironment safe andclean for residents.
• Wash laundry as directed, keep towels clean for use on cart.
• All other duties as assigned.

Additional Functions:

• Must have strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and meetdeadlines.
• Mustbedetailandteam-workoriented.
• Must attend required in-services/ workshops to further education of skills andcommunityrequirements.

Qualifications:

• MustbeDrugfreeandsubmittoUrinaryAnalysisDrugscreeninguponhire.
• Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check, Health Screening including TB test.
• Must be eighteen (18) years old.
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing in standard English.
• The employee shall be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Fields Senior Living.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• Maintain ability to lift 50 pounds; to stand or walk throughout the vast majority of the work day; and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist and reach.
• Mustbewillingtobeactiveandonfeetduringentireworkshift.
• Involves light to heavy physical activity performing non-strenuous and strenuous activities.
• Must have sufficient manual dexterity to work with the fingers and to reach/hand items.
