We are searching for an experienced, passionate and outgoing individual.
ABOUT FIELDING'S LOCAL KITCHEN BAR
Fielding's local kitchen bar is our casual, upscale neighborhood restaurant in Creekside Park Village Center. Our menu includes dry-aged steaks, handmade artisan pasta, house-cured charcuterie, open flame pizza, and re-invented desserts. "The Watering Hole" Bar offers 25 draft and bottle craft beer, hand-crafted cocktails, a 120-bottle selection of wine and 150 spirits. Lunch and Dinner daily, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

SERVER & BARTENDER Job requirements:
- 3 years full service, upscale or fine dining preferred
- Strong salesmanship and verbal communication skills a must
- Strong knowledge of food and new world wine a must
- Knowledge of Aloha system a plus
- Must be a self-starter
