What you'll do:

• Lead an in-house accounting team and prepare monthly financial statements
• Manage the general ledger, payroll, budgets, and forecasting reports
• Oversee and analyze cash flow management
• Handle accounts receivable and payables with finesse and precision
• Serve as a pivotal member of the executive committee, guiding strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with inventory managers to maintain efficient stock levels
• Coordinate with division managers to ensure efficient operations

Experience Needed:

1. Typically, 3 years of construction accounting experience, with a solid understanding of industry specifics
2. Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise or specific construction accounting software
3. People management experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and empower your team
4. Sharp eye for identifying issues, meeting deadlines, and implementing effective solutions
5. A genuine desire to mentor and foster the growth of your coworkers
