Fieger Law is hiring! We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position in our beautiful office located in Southfield.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Answering a multi-line phone system and directing callers to the appropriate party

- Documenting facts in a custom database system

- Greeting all visitors and answering questions regarding the firm

- Contacting clients with questions regarding their potential case

Skills:

- Customer service

- Attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong typing skills

- Proficient in data entry and computer software applications

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
