The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s in computer science or related major with 6 years of CRM development experience Or Master’s in computer science or related major with 4 years of CRM Development. Demonstrated experience of full Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment. Advanced skills using Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools - Jenkins and Salesforce DX, AWS CloudFormation. Advanced shell scripting experience (bash/zsh/powershell). Advanced skills using common command line development tools (git, npm) Experience with common enterprise secure code and static code analysis tools (Github Advanced Security, Sonarqube). Experience working with automation technologies in Salesforce development environment (Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, and JIRA/X-RAY) Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer AWS certification would be preferred. Experienced Release Manager, with proven ability to work with multiple teams in a high velocity release environment. Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud Demonstrated experience with Force.com development platform. Demonstrated experience with object-oriented programming concepts and working knowledge of common enterprise architectural patterns. Experience creating Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Component features. Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events. Knowledge of RESTful API and micro services development along with Salesforce API integration Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com administration and end user security requirements Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversion Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile) and driving development platforms Proven experience in bridging the needs and pace across business and IT teams. Excellent facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills Participate in client discussions during requirements gathering to provide suggestions on using tools and techniques to arrive at feasible and scalable solution. Seeing complex challenges from multiple perspectives and leaning in to solve independently or with others. You own the outcome by taking personal accountability for delivering strong results.
