Key Responsibilities:

• Provides senior leaders with relevant and current information that increases transparency into their knowledge of business costs and drivers and how business efforts are performing and aligning with current strategies. Implements business objectives and strategies and supports departmental priorities.
• Responsible for analyzing the various business data, financials, trends, research and anecdotal feedback from the team of professionals to synthesize and create strategic plans, executive presentations and findings.
• Applies significant knowledge to guide more junior professionals in the development of complex operational and financial modeling. Guides less experienced professionals in aligning reporting with business unit needs to align with annual workforce planning and budgeting processes.
• Influences business led partners to adopt proposed changes to processes, data flows, or allocations. Directs and provides technical expertise in all the stages of the implementation process of the improvements.
• Responsible for the most complex data analyses in support of potentially dynamic changes to reporting or information flow supporting changing business and information needs of senior management. Effectively communicates the results of the analyses to senior management. Advises action steps to take in response to the analysis results.
• Serves as a technical leader for any ad hoc business requests. Leads special projects of significant importance for the business unit.
• Responsible for directing resource allocation in support of long-term projections. Collaborates with key business partners and may provide input to the internal communications strategy at the team level within a larger business unit.
• Drive business outcomes by consulting with, influencing, and supporting the head of Americas business management, segment leaders, and/or functional team (e.g. Sales) by synthesizing diverse sources of information into succinct summaries, recommendations, presentations, and action plans. support will typically include segment governance, strategic and resource plans, and business presentations to the Finance Committee, Management Committee, and other executive forums such as the Operations Steering Committee (OSC), Equity and Fixed Income Steering Committees and Board updates as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic Enterprise programs and projects representing America's business needs.
• Responsible for leading one or more projects within the Americas, including budget, scope, timelines, and status reporting.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 8 years of total relevant work experience
• Data analysis skills
• Tableau dashboard- to pull data
• Salesforce is a big plus but not required
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong Program/Project Management skills with enterprise skills
• Commercial analysis/business analysis
• Skills related to organizational navigation
