Job Description: The Role The Business Management & Strategy team provides operational and strategic support across the Compliance, Risk & Business Operations (CRBO) functions and the broader Asset Management (AM) organization in the areas of: Business Management, including the aggregation and collection of Objectives & Key Performance Indicators (OKPIs) The establishment, implementation, and execution of a robust communication strategy Real estate planning for all of Asset Management, including the close coordination with the Fidelity Real Estate Company (FREC) and the Future of Work (FoW) team Technology product support for the CRBO technology portfolio; and Strategic support and program management support for key CRBO initiatives Within the broader Business Management & Strategy team, the Senior Analyst, Project Management & Strategic Initiatives will assist in the execution of efforts related to strategic support and program management support for key CRBO initiatives area. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, unpredictable environment. The ideal candidate: will have excellent communication skills and high degree of professionalism will need to successfully navigate across the organization, build strong working relationships with key business stakeholders, and develop a strong professional network is a quick learner, able to develop an understanding of the complex subject areas he or she is supporting to then deliver the strategic support needed by the business partner can synthesize complex ideas into easy-to-understand materials and balance strategic thinking with practical implementation is comfortable taking constructive feedback and working independently and with ambiguity can work collectively and collaboratively with the team, business partners and/or Fidelity senior leadership team to ensure service delivery & satisfaction The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelors or equivalent degree required Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, consulting experience preferred Experience assisting / executing strategic initiatives including assessments and recommendations Exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously managing several programs.
