Head of TEM Marketing, Communications and Client Analytics
The Role
This position reports to the Head of Tax Exempt and Lifetime Engagement and is a key member of the senior leadership team. The position will be responsible for leadership and strategic of end-to-end marketing, communications and client analytics for Tax Exempt (non-profit) organizations. The team provides both B2B and B2C marketing and communications needs. The team supports client engagement, support sales/new business efforts and education events so that our non-profit clients can ensure financial wellness for their employees.
Develops and executes a comprehensive, long-term and proactive organization-wide communications, marketing and branding strategy to meet strategic business goals
Leverage and grow data-driven insights to drive new client engagement (optimize brand perception), increase employee engagement for plan sponsors and drive lifetime engagement for our participants.
Optimize B2B/B2C marketing initiatives with across Fidelity’s personal and workplace lines of business; build point of view on plan sponsor and participant marketing effectiveness for our partners and leadership
Create clear measurements and KPIs aligned to the business strategy.
Build relationships and drive thought leadership across highly matrixed organization as we industry leaders to facilitate lifetime engagement.
Create relevant, personalized yet scalable experiences for our clients and future customers
Foster an inclusive, energized and continuous learning environment for team associates who possess diverse functional expertise within the teams
The Expertise You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Series 7 and 24 required, may be acquired while in role.
Minimum of 5 years in the financial industry; working knowledge of 401(k)/403(b)/457 qualified and non-qualified defined contribution plans a plus
Minimum 15 years marketing leadership experience
Significantxperience developing digital marketing channels with demonstrated results creating strategic plans and meeting business targets.
Deep B2B and B2C marketer who understands that client first methodology leads to better outcomes for all.
Proven success with influencing strategic planning and product/service delivery through collaboration with large, complex clients to influence adoption of Fidelity solutions to meet client needs; translating plans into impactful and measurable actions
Experience providing strategic leadership across a business products and matrixed support with competing priorities
Ability to form relationships with business partners to resolve end-to-end process issues. Strong organizational navigator that can champion and influence initiatives and solve complex problems
Proven leader in cultivating a vibrant and inclusive team environment; attract, retain and developing talent

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
