Position Description:
Develops recommendation to modify procedures, operating systems, budgets, and financial control functions. Defines, refines, and communicates the team’s mission and roadmap to motivate and build team, partner support, and alignment. Uses investment technology to plan and prioritize product backlog. Anticipates, discovers, and prioritizes client and partner needs, to serve as a voice, and guide execution of the team’s projects. Collaborates and coordinates with other leaders to build capacity and capability, and enables team member growth, development, and learning.
Primary Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Development (or closely related occupation) performing data analysis and developing recommendations to modify operational procedures, operational systems, and financial control functions, using Excel VBA and SQL.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Development (or closely related occupation) performing data analysis and developing recommendations to modify operational procedures, operational systems, and financial control functions, using Excel VBA and SQL.
