Location: Windsor, VT

Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Rehab and Med/Surg experience for a 13-week contract in Windsor, VT

Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2 years of current Rehab and Med/Surg experience. 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required
May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
BSN preferred
ASAP START!
May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
Coordinates total nursing care for patients
Participates in patient and family teaching
Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:

• Current VT RN License – compact allowed
• Current AHA BLS
• Current AHA ACLS
• COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
• Skills Checklist
• Resume
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: 12hr NIGHTS; Will float to other Units between Acute Rehab/Acute Med Surg
Weekend: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
On Call: TBD
