Responsibilities

Client Support : Address client inquiries, policy changes, and service-related requests promptly and accurately.

Documentation : Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and transactions.

Policy Renewals : Assist clients in the renewal process, ensuring seamless continuation of coverage.

Claims Assistance : Aid clients in navigating the claims process and provide guidance on next steps.

Client Satisfaction : Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.

Requirement

Licensing : Candidate must have an active P&C Insurance License (or willing to obtain within 30 days)

Preferred candidate will already be licensed with experience.

Customer Service Skills : Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting.

Insurance Knowledge : Familiarity with commercial insurance products and terminology is a plus.

Communication Abilities : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
