Job Description: Front office & call center associate

This is a role that will cover both areas, adding variety to the weekly work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Great and check-in patients for the front office, answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner for the call center.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company policies, procedures, and offerings
- Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the database
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, including average handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Note: This position is for a medical office. Experience or knowledge in the medical field is an advantage.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
