Responsibilities: Bedsides the following skills a significant part of your job includes scheduling annual exam appointments, as well as indentifying patients who qualify for chronic care management services and completing those services.
- Provide exceptional patient service in a medical setting
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to assist healthcare providers
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a physician or nurse
- Perform basic life support procedures when necessary
- Offer medical administrative support including patient scheduling and record-keeping
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Asist with hospital coding procedures

Qualifications:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant
- Proficiency in patient care techniques and protocols

- proficiency with EHR's
- Knowledge of with medical terminology, anatomy, and basic life support procedures
- Experience in providing medical administrative support
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
- Competence in medication administration following prescribed guidelines
- Familiarity with hospital coding practices
