Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Location: Redwood Orthodontics

As a Clinic Supervisor at Families First, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of oral health services within the clinic, ensuring we meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You play a crucial role in implementing the protocols and best practices of the clinic and overseeing the success and management of the oral health services team.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Manage services for high-quality patient care
  and an exceptional experience
• Collaborate with senior leadership to
  implement regional and company goals
• Develop and execute clinic-specific goals in
  line with the organization's direction
• Implement strategies to enhance patient care,
  clinical protocols, and outcomes
• Lead and manage clinic staff to promote a
  collaborative, compliant work environment
• Effectively manage the budget for resource
  optimization and financial sustainability
• Ensure full provider coverage to meet patient
  demand and maintain service capacity

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience required
• Orthodontic experience preferred
• Professional verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients, parents, doctors, and team members
