We're looking for a Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly and has a passion for customer service and the products we sell. We're looking for an individual who is able to multi-task and be reliable in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries by phone or in person.
- Maintain regular business hours.
- Accept payments and issue receipts.
- Make change for customers.
- Provide suggestions to customers on ways to improve their experiences with the company.
- Follow company guidelines when assisting customers.
- Follow company protocol when handing a complaint or resolving a conflict.
Requirements:
- Full time availability
