Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hotels and vendors to create seamless guest experiences, handling reservations, special requests, and inquiries.
- Utilize your strong organizational skills to manage guest bookings, room preferences, and special arrangements.
- Maintain open communication with clients and vendors, ensuring guest needs are met and exceeded.
- Foster and nurture relationships with various hospitality vendors, negotiating terms and ensuring high-quality services.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in hospitality and travel, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and guest-centric.
- Participate in comprehensive training provided by the company to enhance your hospitality and guest service skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities in addressing any issues that arise during guest stays.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Columbia, and Mexico.
- Possess a computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet access to facilitate remote work tasks.
- Strong organizational capabilities, multitasking skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation to build rapport with guests, vendors, and team members.
