We are wealth management, investment, tax and accounting firm based in Fond du Lac, WI. We are seeking a full time Client Services Specialist that will also serve as an Assistant to one of our Investment Advisors. This position is responsible for providing superior direct support to the Financial Advisor and superior service to the Financial Advisor's clients. Experience as an investment assistant in a wealth management service office is desired, but not required. Being a Licensed administrative assistant is also desired.

Duties & Responsibilities of this position:

• Executive Assistant that provides exceptional administrative support to a single Financial Advisor
• Schedule, organize, and confirm appointments, meetings, and phone calls with current and prospective clients
• Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and in-person requests professionally and courteously
• Update website and social media sites with relevant event information and market commentary
• Prepare, organize, coordinate, and maintain client paperwork
• Complete client paperwork with clients, both in person and via Equipt, and maintain communication with the client about the status of accounts
• Process client withdraw, wire and check requests, ensuring any relevant comments are documented appropriately
• Research and resolve client service problems for errors as needed
• Maintain client and other appropriate information in company software including but not limited to accurate and timely processing of investment updates and report requests
• Type and design general written and electronic correspondence
• Keep extensive Redtail records and have excellent attention to detail
• Utilize financial platforms including Envestnet, Emoney, Redtail and Microsoft Office Suite
• Be available at the direction of the Financial Advisor for other duties and responsibilities including various projects'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
