The job consists of setting up and monitoring machines as they perform different functions related to the RFID process. Heavy lifting may be required – up to 60 lbs. We’re looking for motivated candidates that have good measuring and problem-solving skills. This company has a lot of room for growth and leadership wants employees to succeed in their role and prioritizes continued education.
Skilled Machine Operator – Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain machine for efficient production
- Setup and manage performance of machine and production quality
- Troubleshoot and solve machine issues or difficulties
- Tool changing and die cutting
- Inspect products
- Participate in machine changeovers
- 3 years of machine operating experience
- Strong experience with hands on machine operating including changeovers and setups
- Familiar with CNC processes or tool & die making
- Understand basic machine coding
- Skilled at measuring in inches and millimeters
- Able to read and understand blueprints
- Comfortable troubleshooting
- Positions available on 2nd shift
- Must be able to train on 1st shift
- 3:30 pm – 2 am, Monday – Thursday
- Overtime possible
- $20/hour
