FETCHERS is a dog Boarding, Daycare, and Grooming facility located just off of 32nd Ave S on 39th st S in Fargo.

Fetchers is unique to Fargo in that it has large fenced-in outdoor play areas where dogs can run, play, and socialize together. There is also an indoor play area to accommodate all types of dogs and weather conditions. Fetchers is a very active and social kennel. Any and all dogs looking for a playful environment to romp and interact with other dogs are welcome. Fetchers is a new branch off of Prairie Peak Kennels, a current dog boarding kennel located North of Alexandria, MN.

The Operations Manager is a versatile management role designed to support Fetchers in the day to day aspects of the business. This professional manages the overall daily operations of the location, models a teamwork attitude and culture, and assists the general manager where needed. This position will collaborate with Fetcher’s team members, and customers as the day to day leader responsible for the daily success and flow of the business.

Operations Manager will be responsible for:

✔ Planning (daily operations) ✔ Organization (daily operations) ✔ Administration (phone calls, software) ✔ Operations management (execution of daily plan) ✔ Employee management (demonstrating a positive culture and attitude) ✔ Coaching and Training (new hires and encouragement of all) ✔ Performance management (reporting to location manager successes and failures) ✔ Scheduling (attendance and timeliness, scheduling conflicts) ✔ Reporting (larger issues, emergency issues, to location manager) ✔ Communications (professional and caring internally and externally) ✔ Conflict resolution (determine if issue can be resolved independently or delegate to location manager)

Fetchers will be operating Monday-Friday 6:30am - 7pm and Saturdays 9am-6pm and Sundays 12pm-6pm. Position will require some weekend and holiday hours.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: ✔ Canine or large animal experience preferable ✔ Experience in successfully and consistently implementing Shared Values
