Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated strategic analytical and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing new programs and/or initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets.
• Data management, analysis, and reporting experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to communication and collaboration, including experience developing effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience preparing large reports and presentations.
• Excellent communications skills (oral, written, interpersonal).
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.
• Ability to multi-task across many functions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for statewide travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or other advanced degree.
• Experience managing large grants, contracts, and/or cooperative agreements.
• Experience with federal regulations applicable to grants and contracts.
