FTC offers a full range of treatments, including advanced sub-specialty reproductive techniques like in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Medical Assistant role at Fertility Treatment Center in Tempe, AZ. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers in the identification, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.

The day-to-day tasks will include taking patient medical histories, preparing examination rooms, drawing blood, helping with procedures, and assisting with medical testing and laboratory analysis.

Additionally, the Medical Assistant will be responsible for adhering to practice policy and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Medical Assisting, Medical Terminology, Medical Office, and Patient Care skills
• Experience with scheduling, medical records, and medical history documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records (EHR)
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
• Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting or related field
• Knowledge of reproductive medicine and fertility treatments is a plus
