Ferrovial Construction is internationally recognized for its capacity to design and build civil engineering and construction projects, mainly in large transportation infrastructure. Its track-record to date includes more than 304 miles of tunnels, 11,930 miles of roads (including 2,485 miles of highways), 2920 miles of railroad lines (including 434 miles of high-speed railroads) and 16,994 miles of road maintenance and repair.

The Scheduler is responsible for producing schedule responses to Requests for Proposals, which become the basis for the Baseline Schedule.

Responsibilities:

-Develops a baseline schedule while coordinating withProposal Project Manager, Designers, and Estimators in planning, creating, and managing project schedules for proposals.

- Perform design, and phasing-MOT improvement to the Baseline Schedule categories concerning labor and non-labor resources, cost loading, and identify critical activities.

- Manage external Schedule Consultants for different proposals.

- Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports.

-Leads all project scheduling meetings ensuring appropriate representation of Project Management.

-Communicate schedule updates and changes to project teams and project managers.

- Collaborate in the MOT and phasing during the proposal.

- Narrative the technical proposal about the schedule.

Requirements

* BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering

* 5 years planning & scheduling experience in engineering and construction management using PRIMAVERA

* Extensive computer experience (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook), and Tilos.

* Good communication (oral and writing) skills

* Good "working-knowledge" of building and civil construction planning
