We are a Hyattsville, MD high-end custom residential cabinet company. Do you have experience with building and cabinetry and a talent for thinking in three dimensions? Do you enjoy problem-solving, product engineering and actually seeing your creations built?
We are looking to add a new Project Manager position to our company of eleven dedicated employees..
We are searching for someone who has Cabinet Vision software and custom woodworking experience.
Your typical workweek might consist of any of the following:
- Drawing, in Cabinet Vision software, a custom cabinet package based on architectural or designer drawings
- Making a site survey for an upcoming project. This entails taking detailed measurements for all locations.
- Meeting with homeowners, contractors, and clients to review drawings showing their future cabinetry
- Meeting with our team to review the construction of the project
- Converting the design drawings into engineered files ready for shop production
- Materials ordering
- Site visit at the completion of the project. The most rewarding part!
Requirements:
- CAD experience
- Experience in custom woodworking, in the field or the shop environment.
- Ability to read construction documents
- Detail focused
- Enjoy working with a team to solve problems
- Great written and oral communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license
