The Treasury Analyst is a critical position within Ferrara’s Treasury team that will support day-to-day Treasury and Accounting activities as well as drive best-in-class improvements in process and analytical capabilities. This position reports to the Treasury Manager.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the daily cash management process for the company
  • Set the daily cash position and manage daily liquidity needs for the company
  • Assist Treasury Manager with revolving credit borrowing and payment decisions, while focusing on minimizing interest expense
  • Maintain the company’s daily cash forecast model, ensuring the latest financial planning assumptions are incorporated
  • Continually reassess cash forecast assumptions (primarily related to net working capital) to improve the accuracy of the model
  • Provide management updates on cash position and outlook as needed
• Directly support the company’s planned implementation of a new Treasury Management System (TMS)
• Work closely with the AP department to approve wire transfers and templates in accordance with company policy
• Work with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely booking of daily cash activity and Treasury related items
• Track FX, interest rate, and commodity hedge details, maintain trade confirmation documentation, track hedge coverage levels, provide Accounting monthly MTM information, and assist with ISDA and other documentation as needed
• Perform administrator responsibilities for the company’s online banking platforms, including creating/deleting users, assisting with questions, facilitating training, etc.
• Maintain banking documentation including KYC requests, bank account opening/closing documents, user access forms, payment instructions, banks statements, and other documentation
• Work with Treasury Manager to update and maintain internal Treasury policies
• Responsible for forecasting interest expense for the company and analyzing bank fees

Experiences that will support your success

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Prior experience in corporate finance/treasury is a plus
• CTP/CPA/CFA preferred
• Previous cash management and/or cash forecasting preferred
• Knowledge and experience in working with Treasury Management Systems preferred
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• SAP experience is a plus
