Marketing Specialist (1099 independent contractor)

Seeking experienced marketing professional looking for additional part-time work. Set your own schedule. Flexible schedule, Flexible hours of the day, Work-from-home option.

Responsibilities:

1. Brainstorm and develop marketing ideas for the company via preferred methods and strategies.

2. Implement said methods and strategies via Outside marketing, Online marketing, or both.

3. Create and produce content for online marketing efforts and distribute via social media or other online methods.

4. May be tagged to enhance the online image of the existing brand.

5. Find the successful method for achieving high rate of return for customer Google reviews.

6. Establish a marketing system which generates genuine leads on a regular basis.

Social media:

Brainstorm ideas for the company’s existing Instagram and Facebook account to modernize it and tailor it for the industry. This position may or may not take over the above social media accounts for the company, developing content for posts and establishing a consistent visual/branding for every post on that account.

Supervision:

This position reports to the Owner/Manager of the company. All content, work, ideas, and strategies require their approval prior to advertising online or other methods, to ensure brand consistency, propriety, and direction of the company’s values.

Skills:

1. Demonstrated marketing prowess, knowledge, working with brands, content creation, and online marketing channels.

2. Strong and effective communication skills both internally and externally with the in-person public.

3. Project management experience.

4. Promotional marketing experience for products or services (both preferred).

5. Optimistic and positive, living by kindness and respect, professionalism and prudence.

6. Well spoken, highly organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and driven.

7. Ability to focus on multiple tasks and achieve positive outcomes in many simultaneously.

Education/Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field AND 2 years Marketing-specific experience required.

· Self-employed Marketing experience or 1099-specific marketing work preferred.

Location: Interviews will be in-person in Woodinville, WA. After the position is filled, this role will have the occasional in-person meeting also in Woodinville, however, the majority of the work will be done off-site either in-person (Outside marketing) or virtual (WFH).

Schedule & Pay: Commission-based bonuses. Details in interview. (Working figure projection: $2,000-$5,000 /month, but can vary month to month, there is no guaranteed minimum pay - This is not a salary position and does not have benefits. Guesstimated initial ramp up lead: 4-6 weeks). Please note this is a commission-based position, so the more customers who purchase their flooring with our company based on your efforts, the more you get paid. We are looking for someone who takes the reins and works hard, who wants to earn good money because if you do it right, you will!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
