Ferguson Computers is a family-owned computer repair shop/managed IT services company. We are looking for a computer repair technician and/or level 1 IT support specialist.
Job responsibilities include:
- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- Custom PC builds
- Removal of infections (viruses, malware, trojans, etc.)
- Data recovery
- Setup and management of internal networks
- Checking customers in/out
- Opening support tickets and documenting work performed
- Answering phones
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
