Our Technicians are paid based on an industry-leading technician wage grid that provides pay range from $16.00 to $34.00 an hour, based on a combination of experience and manufacturer certifications.

WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO

• Perform vehicle repairs within regular scope of work (excluding tasks such as steering rack, fuel tank, engine teardown)
• Diagnose and assess any circumstance and situation, depending on scope of work, either perform repair or sublet repair to partner shops
• Diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure customer needs are met
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Encourage customers to schedule recommended work with fact-based selling and automotive expertise
• Be part of a team that cares about customers and their cars
• Work as part of a team to solve technical problems quickly and effectively
• Performs other duties as requested by manager
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Minimum of 7 years of recent professional automotive repair experience
• Master level ASE certification or equivalent
• Knowledge working with and using repair shop software (All Data, Mitchell 1, etc.)
• Experience in fleet services and working on panel vans is a plus
• Valid driver's license (clean background)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work a night shift schedule
• A desire to provide an extraordinary customer experience
• Comfortable working in varying environments
• Speaking and writing in English is required, Spanish is a plus
• High school diploma or the equivalent
