Catering Assistant
Duties:
- Sets up and prepares serving in the dining area according to plans established by the catering manager.
- Breaks down serving and dining areas
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas before, during, and after events
- Restocks clean equipment to proper storage areas
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or special requests
Skills:
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills for working with the families we serve
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- · Ability to work holidays, weekends and evenings if needed
- Ability to work well as part of a team
Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the catering schedule.
