Job Title: Part-Time Assistant Sales Manager Company: FeltSmart StoryAlive Location: Cleveland, Ohio Job Description: FeltSmart StoryAlive is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in expanding our reach and acquiring new clients for our children's in-school and out-of-school mobile performing arts programs that support literacy development. The Assistant Sales Manager will focus on reaching out to daycares, churches, community centers, and schools to introduce them to our unique and engaging programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients from daycares, churches, community centers, and schools. 2. Identify and research potential clients in the target sectors and develop a plan to approach them. 3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to promote our services. 4. Coordinate and conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our programs. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting the daycare, church, community center, and school sectors. 6. Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and generate leads. 7. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the Sales Manager. 8. Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. 10. Assist in training and mentoring sales representatives as needed. Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the education or children's services industry. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. 4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend events.
