Responsibilities Include:
Creating invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKBOOKS.
Profit/Loss Reporting
Bank Reconciliations
Month End Inventory Reporting
Making Checks and Wire/ACH Payments
Contacting Customers For Payment Updates
Overseeing Company Assets and Insurance Policies
Checking Mail and PO Box
Answering Phone
Assistant to CEO For Various Tasks
