Job Description:
Purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.
Responsibilities
- Administers prescribed medications to patients and maintains medical records.
- Orders and completes medication records. Performs welfare checks on residents, provides physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of assisted living experience, medication administration experience a must.
- Current CPR and First Aid cards, Fingerprint Clearance card and current TB test.
- Caregiver certification from an approved agency required
Be available for night shift 2pm - 10:30pm, including weekends. .
