What youll do:

As a Graphic Designer, youll assist various programs to create visually appealing designs and graphics for various mediums including print and digital platforms. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with different teams within FedTech working on various projects and contributing to the development of our brand identity.

Typical functions include:

• Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of purposes including marketing materials, social media posts, website assets, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in design across different platforms
• Maintain a high level of quality and consistency across all design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
• Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continually improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Completion of bachelors degree
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles. Projects may include:
  • Print materials (posters, one-pagers, flyers)
  • Social media graphics (Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Event promotional materials (stage backdrops, signage)
• Proficiency in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva. Experience with web design platform WebFlow is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while also accepting feedback and direction.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:

• Pay Range - $20-30/hour based on experience.

This will be a part-time position set up as a 1099 contractor arrangement.

Location:

We are open to candidates who prefer a fully remote setup, with a strong preference for candidates from the East or Central coast.
