About the Opportunity:

FedTec is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team. This pivotal role requires a candidate with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and integrity. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, identifying and resolving network, server, desktop, and application admin issues efficiently. They will be adept at assisting business clients with applications, connectivity, training, and problem-solving, while effectively communicating technical information to non-technical personnel.

Work Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
