Under minimal supervision, designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs complex software programs for enhancements and new products. Responsible for complex concept design through the full development life cycle. Prepares and conducts systems programming test requiring interfacing and software tests. Coaches others in less senior positions.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.Three (3) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Special Requirements:
Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent* in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment, in lieu of a Master's degree plus 1 year of experience. Must have experience with the following: ServiceNow platform developer and administrator experience; ServiceNow ITSM modules installing, developing, configuring, and troubleshooting experience (INC, PROB, CHG, Service Catalog, etc.); installing, developing, configuring, and troubleshooting ServiceNow Discovery; CMDB Administrator administering and configuring the ServiceNow CMDB, including CI classes, attributes, relationships, and workflows; Hand-on experience in asset discovery to administer, maintain and enhance the Tanium platform and its modules; ServiceNow ITAM including SAM, CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers, Workflow/Notifications, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, ACL Roles / Groups; design, implement, manage, and ensure the effectiveness of the integration of the CMDB with external sources of data using CFG and API; designing and developing of Web based Enterprise Applications using Front-End technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and Back-End Java and J2EE technologies. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
