3 12 Hour set Shifts (M-W) (TH-SAT)

To start job will be Mon-Thur 6:45am-5:15pm

Position Summary

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, who enjoy working closely and effectively with fellow team members to meet or exceed production goals. We are looking for individuals who care about the details, and enjoy a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Primary Job Duties

Monitor, and follow all safety regulations.

  • Work as a team to meet or exceed production goals.
  • Read and follow work instructions and training materials.
  • Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
  • Observe and monitor equipment gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that it is functioning correctly.

Job Requirements

  • Long periods of time are spent standing, sitting, and walking.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Ability to read and write English for safety

  • Equipment Selection- Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
  • Operation and Control- Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
  • Operation Monitoring- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
  • Troubleshooting- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.

Minimum Requirements

  • Basic math, reading and writing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge

Knowledge of production and manufacturing practices.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED) - Preferred

Previous work experience in a fast paced production environment - Preferred
