Federal Screw Works is a manufacturer of complex cold formed and machined parts, operated by the same family for nearly 100 years. All of our employees are salaried with a generous benefit package. Furthermore, as a machine operator, you're also eligible for overtime in addition to your salary.

We offer a base rate of $21 per hour plus overtime opportunities. Benefits include paid vacations, paid holidays, health, dental, and 401(k) plans.

Scope of Position

Operate equipment, read blue prints, perform and document quality checks per control plan using various gaging methods, machine offsets, daily machine pm, operate hilo
(training and license provided).

Qualifications

- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Communicate in English
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills
