We are looking for energetic and self-motivated lead hosts for our team. We value hard work, honesty, high standards, hospitality, and lifetime learners. Hosts must have a positive attitude to set a welcoming first impression and gracious last impression for our guests as well as effectively communicate on the phone. Some expectations of the position are (but not limited to): experience with Open Table, organization, strategic seating, togo orders, and coordinating guest relations. Position and compensation is dependent on experience and qualifications and ranges from $12-$15/hr. Required availability Saturday & Sunday brunch & dinner and weeknights.

The Federal Grill is a family owned and operated upscale casual dining restaurant with scratch-made food, prime steaks, wine list, and 400 whiskey selections.
