Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations.

Duties:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
- Unload, unpack, and stock received items in designated areas
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer orders
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update records
- Operate RF scanners to scan barcodes and ensure accurate inventory counts
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or other equipment as needed

Skills:
- Previous experience in e-commerce order fulfillment or shipping/receiving preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and AS400 systems
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently (valid certification preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track inventory
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
