Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographic Lab Tech to join our Utica, NY team. The successful candidate will be able to perform several functions in our lab including retouching portraits, printing images and assisting in other lab functions. To be considered, you will need to have an understanding of Adobe illustrator and/or Lightroom . These are on premises jobs in our Utica area office.

The hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (39 hour work week). There may be occasional opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality photographic portraits, utilize your skills in photo manipulation.
- Collaborate with other team members to understand their vision and deliver exceptional results
- Manage and organize digital files using file sharing platforms
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in working order

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Lightroom
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in photo manipulation and retouching
