The FCP Euro Finance Team is looking for an experienced Purchasing and Receiving Associate to assist with the inbound inventory function for our Mesa, AZ e-Commerce distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume transaction data entry. This individual will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of supporting documents that produce an efficient and accurate view of daily inventory flow. • Organize all supporting shipping documents for our AZ Facility
• Convert packing lists to receiving documents, by matching our shipments to PO and invoices, and preparing the files for import into our inventory software.
• Communicate inaccuracies identified to internal and external parties
• Assist with investigating reconciliation exceptions

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High-volume data entry experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation

• $20-$23 per hour pay rate
• Monthly/Quarterly Performance Bonus opportunity.
