Currently seeking an ambitious and experienced insurance professional to increase Agribusiness market penetration and retention of commercial agribusiness and farm.
The ideal candidate will be located Florida and will travel throughout the state and have marketing and commercial lines underwriting experience plus strong agency relationships in the territory.
This position can be filled in our Gulf Coast territory (Birmingham, AL, Jackson, MS, Nashville, TN), Mid-Atlantic territory (Charlotte, NC), Midwest territory (Indianapolis, IN, Louisville, KY, Columbus, OH), or Georgia territory (Atlanta).
What you will do :
The Business Development Specialist will perform field marketing duties to select, train and manage qualified independent agents throughout the assigned territory.
Must develop and maintain strong relationships with key agency staff and be a strong member of the high performing Ag underwriting team currently in place.
