  • Position Summary:
  • This role will ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office and support the work of management and other staff. Provides administrative support to all members of the team in all aspects of daily operations.
  • Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Heavy interaction with Maintenance and Operations management
  • Use of software to manage fleet mileage and hour statistics.
  • Responsible for maintaining, tracking, and reporting all required P.O.s 
  • Relays relevant operational information to appropriate stakeholders daily
  • Assists in resolving service, safety, and operational concerns.
  • Assists with payment processing and other financial tasks and county reporting.
  • Managing cart inventory

Qualifications


Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset.

Experience and Competencies:

  • Sage experience preferred.
  • Trux experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an office environment
  • Experience in the waste industry preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prompt, professional and dependable demeanor
