Title: Executive Intern

Location: Charlotte, NC

FCA Management seeks an Executive Intern to support our acquisitions, development consulting, and operations teams for an 8-10 week period during the Summer of 2024. This position will offer a broad range of exposure to client investment underwriting, asset operations, development consulting, and market data analysis reporting. Interaction with senior executive corporate team members will occur frequently in a collaborative environment. Compensation shall be in line with market.

Job Description:

· Source market data and other relevant information to support financial analysis and aid in client reporting

· Prepare underwriting packages, presentation materials, and corresponding client communication for potential real estate investments

· Actively participate in the due diligence and closing process for client’s new investments

· Analyze industry trends and interpret data to support client investment strategies

· Prepare proformas and rent analysis for potential acquisitions

· Full-time in-office position Monday-Friday and may have some travel if onboarding new properties in the Southeast

Qualifications:

· Rising senior or master’s student with preference for finance/business/real estate/accounting majors

· Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Experience with industry tools such as CoStar a plus

· Real estate related experience is a positive

· Familiarity with basic financial models and real estate concepts

· Independent self-starter with good time management and organizational skills 

· Ability to function in a fast-paced open office environment as a team player

· Detail oriented with strong work ethic. Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
