FCA, CPA's is Hiring an A/P Accounting Clerk Near Little Rock, AR
Job Description:
Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proedures
Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave and non-taxable wages
Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits
Reconciling the accounts payable ledger to account for all bills and payments.
Investigating discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
Contacting claim to facilitate payment of outstanding invoices.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills such as typing, system and software knowledge
Knowledge of wage withholding orders
Accurate data entry skills and great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees
Good customer services skills
Able to multitask in a stressful environment with specific deadlines
Ability to work independently in a time sensitive project
Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of the company and each employee
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per hour
