Supports the semi-monthly and monthly Payroll Processes by
- Reviewing and logging HR transactions.
- Reviewing employee timesheets and researching and resolving discrepancies.
- Preparing pay calculations for new hires, terminations, and other payroll exceptions.
- Reviewing pay categories and departmental coding.
- Reviewing payroll change reports and comparing to payroll registers the ensure accuracy.
- Processing and submitting payroll.
- Researching and responding to payroll-related questions.
Supports the Accounts Payable function by:
- Processing vendor invoices in NetSuite.
- Processing vendor invoices in payables management system.
- Reviewing employee expense reports.
- Assist in setup of employee expense management system accounts.
- Responding to employee questions regarding expense management system.
- Review expense management system reports and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
Core competencies:
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience processing payroll.
- 2 to 4 years of experience processing accounts payable.
- Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
