We are seeking bilingual candidates (Spanish) who are looking for opportunities in the classroom environment or need a part-time job in our World Language Education program for children (pre-K-school age) with Fayo Bilingual Training Institute. www.fayobilingual.com.
We are able to offer 15 hours a week M-F with a starting salary of $25/hour depending on experience. You must be able to work (9am-12pm and have a car )
A Lead Instructor is a very important part of the FAYO team that leads by example, setting the tone for new hires and is dedicated to keep business flowing into the company. Our programs provide world language enrichment programs to daycares, YMCA, and various Chicago Public Schools on the south side of Chicago.
We offer flexible scheduling, training, on-going professional development.
Candidates must have their own transportation and be available to work weekday mornings (minimum) from 9am-12pm

Duties and Responsibilities
Teach a fun and structured class including interactive activities, songs/rhythms and games supported by Fayo lesson plans, props and materials. Assists with customer satisfaction, service development and programs.
Attends all faculty and staff meetings as requested
Follows FAYO curriculum and implements the curriculum in a professional manner
Assists with new curriculum initiatives
Maintains relationship with clients and represents FAYO in a professional manner
Implements lesson plans to students at assigned locations
Turns in weekly lesson plans
Provide coaching and training for new and current instructors and interns.
Qualifications
-Must have 1 years of teaching experience
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be bilingual and speak English
- Must speak Spanish
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have strong communication skills
Salary: $30.00 (based on experience and/or qualifications)
