Fawn Manufacturing is seeking to add a 3rd shift Maintenance employee to join our team. This individual would be responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our production equipment and facility. Qualified individuals would demonstrate a high willingness to learn and have a strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.

• Performs a wide variety of duties associated with the repair and maintenance of building equipment and machines.
• Upkeep and maintenance of building property
• Physically able to be on feet for a period of 8 hours.
• Physically able to lift to 70 lbs. when necessary.
• Physically able to work in extreme temperatures (hot & cold) when required: (Working in wash oven, etc.)
• Other duties as directed by supervisor

• High mechanical aptitude, some experience with grounds keeping and the ability to trouble shoot and repair mechanical, electrical/electronic and hydraulic problems in machinery and equipment.
• Working knowledge of electricity including 3-phase and controls. Experience with welding.
• Experience with preventative maintenance.
• Able to read basic blueprints and schematics.
• Able to follow general instructions.
• Independent and self driven.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with electronic work orders.
