Responsibilities:
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials
- Prepare screens by applying emulsion and creating stencils
- Mix and prepare inks for printing
- Set up and align screens on the printing press
- Load and unload materials onto the printing press
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the print shop
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production workflow

Experience:
- Strong understanding of art direction and digital design principles

-operate an M&R sportsman automatic machine, 8-10 head
- Previous experience in screen printing is highly preferred

Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and color accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot printing issues
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
